PACE brings medical care, supportive services, transportation, medications, meals, therapy, and social connection together around older adults who want to remain in their communities.
For families and older adults
A coordinated alternative to fragmented care
PACE is designed for people age 55 and older who need a nursing-facility level of care but can live safely in the community with the right support. Instead of asking families to navigate many disconnected services, a PACE team coordinates care around the participant.
The Arkansas PACE Association helps families learn what PACE is, understand where programs are available, and connect with the member organization serving their part of the state.

Supporting access, education, and collaboration
The Arkansas PACE Association brings together PACE organizations across Arkansas to strengthen access to PACE, educate older Arkansans and their families about care options, and serve as a resource for providers, policymakers, and communities working to help people age safely and independently at home.
